The Alchi Team Project

Alchi Team — International Network

International Collaborators

Alchi Team connects wildlife and outdoor photographers through a real territorial network. Access is selective and based on field activity, ethics, and operational reliability.

Alchi Team is a private network. It is not a public association and it does not operate as a tour operator, guide service, or commercial intermediary.

Identity and purpose of the project

Alchi Team is not a generic online group and it is not an association. It is a real, curated network of wildlife and outdoor photographers, created in the field for the field.

The network exists to make it easier for photographers to connect with reliable peers who share an operational ethics mindset: respect for wildlife and habitats, personal responsibility, and a concrete approach to fieldwork.

Access and requirements

  • Minimum age: 18+
  • Instagram: public (not private), active, used for wildlife/outdoor photography
  • Follow: you must follow @alchi_team_wildlife
  • Photography group: you must align with one of the 8 official groups
  • Field autonomy: basic organizational and technical autonomy is required
  • Appropriate gear: especially for wildlife (to avoid unsafe or unethical choices in the field)
  • Full acceptance: you must accept the official rules and the ethical code in full

Official rules and ethical standards

Alchi Team protects wildlife, habitats, and the credibility of the network. This requires clear standards and consistent behavior. Every member is personally responsible for their actions online and in the field.

Core principles

  • Absolute respect for wildlife and habitat: photography must never harm, stress, or alter natural behavior.
  • No sensitive location exposure: do not publish or spread fragile spots that can be damaged by visibility.
  • No unauthorized self-promotion in the name of Alchi Team: the network is not a marketing badge.
  • Conventions and partnerships: local deals must be ethical and require approval before being presented as “Alchi Team conventions”.

Reports of relevant unethical behavior can trigger an internal review. If confirmed, the outcome can include suspension or removal from the project.

What is not allowed (examples)

  • Baiting, disturbance, harassment, or any action that alters wildlife behavior for a photo.
  • Publishing geotags or directions to sensitive nests, dens, roosts, or fragile habitats.
  • Ignoring protected area rules, seasonal restrictions, or local regulations.
  • Using Alchi Team identity to sell services, guide tours, or advertise workshops without explicit authorization.
Field ethics: real activity documented, zero disturbance, respect of local rules.
Sensitive info: no geotags, no public disclosure of delicate areas.
Network visibility: recognizable content that explains territory, ethics, and real fieldwork.

International Collaborator — role, duties, and responsibilities

A Collaborator is a real presence on the territory: they go out in the field, gather useful information, and build visibility for the network with dedicated content.

Field presence

  • Real and documented outings: field activity must be consistent and aligned with ethics and local regulations.
  • Territory intelligence: best periods, legal access points, risks, seasonal restrictions, protected areas.
  • Sensitive info stays internal: no geotags and no public disclosure of delicate areas.

Communication (movement)

  • Minimum output: at least 3 pieces of content per month dedicated exclusively to Alchi Team (not just tags or mentions).
  • Recognizable content: real field experience, applied ethics, territory, and network life.
  • Instagram identification rules: patch pinned + role text in bio must always remain compliant.

Network support and conventions

  • Availability: be responsive when photographers contact you for orientation in your territory.
  • Propose ethical local conventions: hides, ethical guides, stores, professionals (when possible).
  • Report relevant unethical behavior: to protect the network and its credibility.

Every photographer remains fully responsible for their own actions, online and in the field.

2.0

Website Account Photo

The profile photo for your account on www.alchiteam.it must be passport-style or half-body, with a clearly recognizable face, similar to an ID photo. Not accepted: graphics, logos, animals, landscapes, silhouettes.

Important: this requirement applies ONLY to the website account photo — it does NOT apply to your Instagram profile photo.
Operational note
Your profile photo is used to identify you in the field and inside the network. If it is not compliant, the application may be suspended.
2.1

Instagram Identification

Membership must be visible: after approval you must publish the official digital patch, pin it among your first three posts, and add the official role string in your bio.

Attention: you are never required to change your Instagram profile photo.

Non-compliance may result in suspension or removal.

Contribution to the growth of the network

Alchi Team grows through people who live it in the field. There is no “spam promotion” requirement. Contribution is expected through coherent, simple actions.

  • Share real experiences born through the network.
  • Mention Alchi Team only in relevant contexts, without spamming.
  • Direct people who ask to the official website: www.alchiteam.it

Practical examples

  • Story from the field: “outdoor session organized through Alchi Team”.
  • Post: “met [Name] thanks to the Alchi Team network”.
  • Short reel: backstage (prep / hide / ethics decisions in the field).
  • Reply to questions: “all official info is on www.alchiteam.it”.
